The Conveyancing Quality Scheme is the Law Society's Scheme that recognises solicitors who achieve a quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Solicitors who are members of the scheme will meet the Law Society's requirements in Conveyancing providing peace of mind, to lenders and insurers and home buyers.
Since introducing the scheme in 2011, the CQS has created a trusted community which has helped year on year to deter fraud and continually improve standards across the residential conveyancing sector.
