The Conveyancing Quality Scheme is designed for solicitors who are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority that offer residential conveyancing. The Conveyancing Quality Scheme is administered by the Law Society who provide a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing solicitors.
Our membership provides assurance to residential homebuyers and sellers, as well as lenders and insurers that we comply with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme protocol and, where necessary, amend existing policies or draft new ones to meet the requirements.
Since inception in 2011, the CQS has created a trusted community which has helped year on year to deter fraud and continually improve standards across the residential conveyancing sector.
